General Version Support Policy
Spider Strategies support staff are happy to answer questions and offer assistance with ANY version of our Spider Impact, Scoreboard, and QuickScore software applications.
However, each version release will eventually reach an “End of Life” date after which Spider Strategies will no longer be able to provide software patches for that particular version. While supported, these software patches may contain bug fixes, minor usability and performance improvements, web browser and database compatibility solutions, etc. After an “End of Life” date, a customer will need to have their software application upgraded to a subsequent software version (which is still supported) in order to continue receiving bug fixes and updates to the software.
In general, Spider Strategies plans to support:
- The most recently released major software version for a time period to be determined.
- The immediately previous major software version for up to 12 months following the release of
the newest software version.
