Impact Assistant

Impact Assistant is the AI-powered conversational interface at the heart of Impact Intelligence. It enables natural language conversations with your data and provides instant help with using the software. Simply ask questions like "What was our revenue last quarter?" or "How do I create a dashboard?" and get immediate answers with visualizations or step-by-step guidance.

Scorecard Insights

Scorecard Insights puts an analyst inside your scorecards. Open the “Insights” tab on any scorecard item, and Impact Intelligence reviews the whole scorecard and writes a plain-language strategy audit. It covers every KPI's score, goal, trend, and forecast, and the initiatives behind them. The audit tells you where performance stands, which areas need attention, which patterns are easy to miss, which red KPIs have no initiative behind them, and what to do next. Every number in the audit comes from Spider Impact's own calculations, not from the AI.

ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot

ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft 365 Copilot can already connect to much of the software people use at work, such as Google Drive, Gmail, and Slack, and Spider Impact can be one of those connections. People can connect these and other AI tools that support MCP to Spider Impact, then ask about their scorecards, initiatives, datasets, and briefings in their own words. Each person connects with their own Spider Impact account, so the AI tool sees only what that person can see. If an administrator allows it, the AI tool can also enter KPI values, add KPI notes, record initiative progress, and create KPIs.

Predictive Analytics

Forecasting

Spider Impact uses time-series analysis to predict future values based on historical data. The software automatically detects patterns and selects the best forecasting model:

• Automatically detects seasonal trends
• Uses exponential smoothing algorithms (Simple, Holt's, and Holt-Winters)
• Shows 90-99% confidence intervals
• Allows manual model selection and seasonality adjustments

You can add trend lines to any chart to see underlying patterns:
